WATER BASED CONCENTRATED DYES

ACQUACOLOR are special concentrated dye for wood for interiors with very low environmental impact, dissolved in water and with marginal solvent content, specifically designed to be over-layered with water-based paints, without the “bleeding” effect.

Thanks to their particular formulation, they can be adapted to all wood painting cycles: spray, flow-coating, wipe, brush, with manual and automatic painting systems.

ACQUACOLOR are supplied in highly concentrated solutions and for their final use they must be suitably diluted with water to leave, after drying, a homogeneous and smooth to the touch with a very little rise of the wooden fibre. In this way color uniformity is given even on the most difficult essences, and the result when the work is completed is a shade of maximum brilliance, depth and brightness.

The over-layering of this stain with water-based and solvent-based paint does not alter the hue obtained (these dyes are not “bleeding” kind).

ACQUACOLOR can be over-layered with water-soluble, nitro-cellulosic, polyurethane, acrylic paints and with a suitable insulator, including polyester-based paints.
